SiteDrive is an official EcomDrive partner. Your storefront takes the order; EcomDrive handles confirmation, auto-call, and the courier. The two stay in sync on their own, so nobody copies an order by hand again.

  1. Step 1: Create an API key in EcomDrive

    In EcomDrive, open Settings → Integrations → External API and generate a key.

  2. Step 2: Paste it into SiteDrive

    In your store, open EcomDrive → Connect and enter your EcomDrive address, Business ID, and the key.

  3. Step 3: Syncing starts on its own

    SiteDrive registers a signed webhook with EcomDrive, and orders, stock, and status start flowing.

Do I need an EcomDrive account to use SiteDrive?

No. SiteDrive runs a full store on its own, with order statuses from pending to delivered. Connect EcomDrive when you want its confirmation, auto-call, and courier workflow.

What can the AI change in my store?

Design, copy, template, and SEO. It never touches your prices, stock, delivery, or warranty, and it never publishes: publishing is always your decision.

What happens when a customer leaves checkout halfway?

The checkout is saved as an incomplete order the moment a valid Bangladesh mobile number is entered, and kept current as they type. You can call them and convert it into a real order.

When does a Purchase reach Meta, TikTok, and GA4?

When you decide it counts: at order placed or at order confirmed. It is sent from both the browser and the server with a shared event id, so the platform counts it once.

Can I use my own domain?

Yes. DNS verification, SSL, and edge routing are each checked until all three pass. Every store also gets a managed subdomain to start on.
